This is my third time i visited Vegas, and I never experience like this, I will reach out to the email that the customer service gave me and I will let the manager know how rude the customer service is. I tried to contact their customer service but they keep transferring me to the front desk and hold me for over 30 minutes and this is insane! I keep calling different numbers, but no one really helping me. But after I saw my account, they charge me the same amount.
so the next morning we told the front desk that we have to move to whatever I reserve online and then the guy gave us the room which is not bad. We were disappointed because the room was really tiny and not even clean so the front Dess told me that they will give us a discount for resort fee for one night which is $50. They said a room is not ready and they give us a different room.
When we checked in, they gave us a wrong room.
